Shipping & Policy

  Custom Sizes, Designs, and Colors  
  We design and produce everything in-house and we pride ourselves on handcrafting garments to our customer's specifications. Some of our special services include:  
 
- Children's Sizes available in any design. Please contact us for pricing.
- Custom-Tailored fits available in any design by clicking the "Order by Custom Measurement" button.
- Substitute different colors or fabrics. See our "Fabrics" page for all of our available colors and materials and explain your request in the "Order Comments" during checkout. There is no charge to change colors in the original material.
- Coordinate the materials used in your dress to match another outfit or accessories.
- Modify a dress for equestrian use (split skirts, wide circumferences, and other pattern modifications).
- Add linings, hoods, remove or add ornamentation and other design elements.
- Combine elements of different patterns for a custom design. For example, we can use sleeves from one dress, bodice from another, skirt from another, neckline from yet another, etc.

  Payment  
  We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Your credit card will be processed securely by either 2Checkout.com, Inc. or PayPal. Your Dressmaker Co., Ltd. will never see your credit card information. In the final stage of checkout, you will be directed to securely submit payment information to our processor.  
  Please note that a PayPal account is not required for checkout. We simply contract PayPal as one of our secure credit card processors.  
  European customers may also select payment by bank transfer. We will provide details to transfer money to one of our European banks.  
  Shipping  
  Our website will calculate shipping charges based on your location and the items in your order. You will be able to view your different shipping options as you add items to your cart. We offer multiple shipping options:  
 
- "Economy" shipping may take several weeks and is not recommended if you have an imminent deadline. "Economy" shipping may not always be the cheapest option depending on your location and size of your order.
- "Standard" and "Express" orders ship by courier shipping services such as FedEx. These shipping options are 100% trackable and we will email tracking information as soon as your order ships.
 
  If you have an important deadline or special event in the near future, please be sure to note your deadline in the "Order Comments" during checkout. We will take special care to ship your order to meet your deadline.  
  In special circumstances, we may be able to expedite production and shipping. Please contact us to discuss this.  
  Returns and Additional Policies  
  Your satisfaction is our priority. We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your experience with us.  
  Returns are accepted unconditionally for unused, unworn, and undamaged NON-CLEARANCE garments up to 7 days after your receive your order. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the items. Custom sizes, designs, and clearance items are final-sale only.  
  Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges unless the return is due to a mistake or faulty description by Your Dressmaker. If we have made a mistake, we will cover all costs and correct any problems immediately.  
  Wholesale and Bulk Orders  
  We are happy to outfit institutions, theatre groups, religious orders, and other collectives. Please contact us for special pricing on large orders. We also offer wholesale programs for established retailers.  
  Customs  
  USA and AUSTRALIA: To date, no customer has ever had to pay customs charges or taxes. However, we recommend you contact your national customs office for up-to-date information.  
  Europe: In some countries your government may charge import taxes. Unfortunately, we cannot control these laws or predict if you will be responsible for such taxes. If you would like us to declare the package in a particular way (in terms of price and volume) please let us know.
